Founder: Jianlei Peter Shi
Investor, entrepreneur, engineer, and educator, Peter holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and brings close to two decade of experience in the semiconductor industry, with roles at leading companies including Qualcomm, Intel, and Apple. His investment background spans multiple real estate strategies, with a focus since 2018 on commercial real estate syndications as a passive investment approach.
Through collaboration with experienced sponsors and a disciplined focus on real estate fundamentals, tax efficiency, and long-term portfolio planning, Peter founded Financial Peace Investing to help make commercial real estate opportunities more accessible to working professionals. Peter's philosophy in investing is: Every investment carries an impact, to individual, to family and to community. We should not pursue only Return on Investment but also Return on Impact.
Outside of investing, he serves as founder and managing partner of Shine & Impact ministry and is active in educational and community initiatives with his family in Austin.
